when i run task manager in windows 10 it says no running programs help anybody

That is either good or bad depending on what you are trying to accomplish. What exactly are you trying to do?

well was trying to take programs off start up but i found the answer i had a virus that was wit google when i added it to exploere must have been hacked have had a lot of that lately i can only wonder what my phone is like as i have the same stuff on it has the google on pc

You can not change your start up tasks through task manager, you have to use

 

msconfig

Press the Windows key OS4o0pO.png and the R key to open the Run box.

 

Type msconfig in the Run box, then click/tap on OK.

 

When System Configuration opens click/tap on the Startup tab.

 

Click/tap on Open Task Manager

 

Right click on the Startup program you want to remove from the startup list and select Disable.
