Thing is I still need to use dialup because I'm in a village without broadband so I pay heavily. I know you can't download the Internet on floppies because floppies are small (3.5" instead of 5.25", unless we're talking a really old dos ones), but blurays are bigger, right? Can someone download me the Internet and put on blurays and send me? I don't have bluray drive right now, but once I'm free of those huge dialup bills, I'll be able to afford one so don't worry.

It would take around three million years to download all the information currently on the internet, assuming a download speed of 44 megabits per second. There are an estimated 550 trillion megabytes of data on the web.

Performing full disc images weekly and keeping important data off of the 'C' drive as generated can be the best defence against Malware/Ransomware attacks, as well as a wide range of other issues.

Downloading the internet is also quite pointless, as soon as it is done their would be so much new content created in the intervening time you could probably never catch up.
Back on this site, for a while anyway, been so busy the last year.

My systems:2 laptops, intel i3 processors, windows 8.1 installed on the hard-drive and linux mint 17.3 MATE installed to USB
