Belkin Model F9K1115v2 Wireless Router

This router has 3 possible wireless connections. Private, Private Media and Guest. For some reason, my Guest option will not allow connections now. I can see it in the available wireless connections list, it prompts for a password and then shows Obtaining IP address but it will not connect. It alternates between Obtaining IP address and Saved but never connects. Hoping someone else may have seen this problem before and knows a fix.
