My Dell 780 is getting a little long in the tooth, so I just bought a refurb Dell 7010, and I want to migrate both my admin account and a user account from one to the other. I found a program from RorensiT (Transwiz). Is this what I need to do the job? Both machines are running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Just sync them through the cloud.

I'm not cloud savvy. I'll probably have to connect the two by USB or through my router. I assume I would have the old machine in the admin account.

Just go into settings and activate the sync feature, it takes about a minute. The directions that I linked to above show it step by step and it is very easy, takes less than a minute.
