Amd display causing mouse issues.

I,m running windows 10 here is my info.Attached File  Capture.PNG   28.17KB   0 downloads i thought i was having mouse issues for a short time so i went that direction as far as troubleshooting i reprogrammed my wireless mx anywhere mouse an spent time trying to figure that out to no avail because after messing with the mouse for two days i thought i would try something else like i did an found out its not my mouse after all its my amd graphics card because when i disable my display adapter the mouse works great so i uninstalled my amd an reinstalled it did not work so i even used amd power uninstall tool they have an reinstalled again to no avail its really fustrating trying to do anything on my computer with the mouse sticking i never had this problem until windows 10 did there new fall creators update it seems that way anyway idk that may not be it either just seems that way i have done all that i can.please any help would be so great.tyvm in advance to whoever can help me to solve this.
