Was ....."Send the Laptop to the shop" .... where you Bought it initially ?

Most new Laptops have a Recovery Partition to reinstall the Operating System.

And Windows 10 gives you the Option to do a Reset also.

I would go back to the Shop and ask some Direct ! ...Serious Questions.

So you are saying you get the laptop somehow fixed at the shop, then it works fine for about a month anf then suddenly you find an admin account appearing and locking you out from actions you want to perform? Your best bet might be to create installation media (for windows, or you could try linux) for yourself, then boot from those (not having admin access should not stop you from dong this), then wipe the computer's hard-drive and reinstall the OS yourself, ensuring that you set up an admin account with a password you can remember.
Back on this site, for a while anyway, been so busy the last year.

My systems:2 laptops, intel i3 processors, windows 8.1 installed on the hard-drive and linux mint 17.3 MATE installed to USB
