My name is Michael.

I've been working with and on computers since 1995. Not counting after school computer classes learning on Apple 2s(If I remember correctly).

I can do from Virus removal for home users to networking for businesses/organizations. Standard MS AD and databases Etc. Or virtualization with Hyper-V or VMWare. Also hardware. Wiring, switches, racks Etc.\

I have been working more with Linux since about 2011 being so done with MS and Windows  8 BS etc. Currently not moving too far away from a Ubuntu repository based OS, or Debian.

I know there is a perfect balance somewhere using both Microsoft Servers, and Linux machines for serving files, or DBs, or backup. Maybe using Linux and some container environments for virtualizing server roles or applications, or maybe Linux is the backup workhorse/secure file server.

Anyway everyone just wanted to say Hi;
