Can not install Itunes

I have been literally trying for 2 damn hours to install Itunes. I give up. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.  Now, I get "A required iTunes component was not installed. Please repair or reinstall iTunes. (-45075)".  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, uninstalled apple device manager, etc. etc. etc. NOTHING works.  Please help.

*Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275
