How to set MSR partition into a prepared unallocated partition ?

How to set MSR partition in a prepared unallocated partition of a GPT partitioned disk ?
display shown by a partition software;

After RE partition 128 MB unallocated partition is already prepared, as one can see its status is none
How to set and specify it as a MSR partition... by what tool (Diskpart maybe) ?

Hi, if you just want to backup current state and recover computer to the state one day, why don't you make a system image backup?
