I have a website that receives leads for my business. I'm trying to set up a canned response through Gmail with filters for subject line, no issue there, it's all set up. The issue lies in the way the website leads are routed (I think) to my email. Because the sender has to input their email into a form, then hit send, it routes the email through websiteserver@abc.com. So when it auto-replies, it goes to the sender email of "websiteserver@abc.com", not where I want it to go which is a***b***@gmail.com. Clients have to input their email into the online form, so I have it in the subject body of the email, just can't figure out how to auto-reply back to that email, as opposed to the "websiteserver@abc.com"

What's the fix here? I know i'm missing something.

One way to do that is by using Google Apps Script check this:

• Please do not PM me asking for support. Post on the forums instead it will increases the chances of getting help for your problem by one of us.
• Posts in the Malware section that are not replied to within 4 days will be closed. PM me or a moderator to reactivate.
• Please post your final results, good or bad. We like to know! Thank you!
