I am unable to right click on things in the window taskbar. I can't use Cortana or the windows button. (can still right click it). these problems all came after I was trying to fix

Error Code 0x80070002 still not fixed.

Never mind the window taskbar part, my laptop bluescreened and after I forced it to shut down somehow it started working.
