hello guys. sorry if i'm a noob on this technical stuff. i was just wondering if anyone knows why my laptop keeps crashing.

Tried Playing NBA2k and Call of Duty. They have same problem. crashes after 1 or 2 minute/s.

Laptop specs:

Model: Lenovo G480
Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-3120M CPU @ 2.50GHz
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit OS

Thing done so far:
*Dust removal
*Drivers up to date
*NVIDIA control panel for apps set to high performance
*Already changed Program management settings for "on battery" and "on plug-in" to 99% instead of 100%
