When i took my computer to the shop to see if my graphics card was broken, they reset my pc because it wasn't what the computer originally ran on ( I switched from windows 10 to 7 and they switched it back to 10). After this I replaced my current graphics card with an old one. (Now anything before this is just background info that led up to the problem) I tried to use my headphones but it either said "device is not plugged in" or was plugged in but my headphones got no audio. I deleted my audio drivers and just reinstalled them. Same issue repeated. If I plug it into the rear panel it makes no sound but still shows in the volume mixer. When in the front it makes a buzzing static noise and nothing else. If I'm correct i also did a "BIOS update" on the dell site and it did nothing.
