I've discovered I've obtained a virus yesterday and I've been looking up online how to remove this virus from my external drive. I'd really like reformat it and I currently do not find myself a need to back up the files inside the drive. Is there someone who is willing to assist me in my problem?

Thank You,

Well...what's preventing you from formatting the drive and reinstalling Windows...since you state that such is your desire?
