I have updated service with my isp and finally gone to ADSL that came as deal including a modem, filters and install on a CDROM. Sadly they never said they'd 'invade' my OS to the point home page is unchangeable, infact my comp now feels like a new machine, the desktop has been replaced and as for Outlook... oh dear! Their help department don't want to know and now advise that this IS part of the arrangement.

I've downloaded Hyjackthis, run it and the log is below....

Perhaps some nice knowledgeable person with some spare time can guide me through the cleanup?

Thanking you

Pete

HijackThis version 1.99 is currently in beta. Unfortunately, several sites have picked the file off the forums where I posted it in restricted sections and posted it as a public, final release.
Please refrain from using the HijackThis 1.99 beta, it has a crash bug and is not finished yet.

Download Hijackthis:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip

http://computercops.biz/downloads-cat-14.html

If you cannot reach either site it is available from my signature.

We can help with the spyware, but if your ISP states in the TOS that changes will be made...there's not much that can be done.
