Sound Breaking Up And Mouse Lagging

I have Windows 10. Here's my setup:

PSU - XFX TS 550W 80+ Gold Certified ATX

CPU - Intel Core i7 i7-4790K CPU (Quad Core 4GHz, Socket H3 LGA-1150) 

Motherboard - MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 

Memory - Team Vulcan 22GB (2 x 4GB, 2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600

Graphics Card - Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB WINDFORCE

Case - NZXT Source 210 Elite (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case 

Wireless LAN Card - TP-Link TL-WN851ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter

Optical Drive - Sony AD-7240S-0B 24x Internal DVDRWRAM SATA Black Bare

Hard Drive 1 - 2TB Seagate Barracuda

Hard Drive 2 - 3TB Western Digital Caviar Green

USB 3.0 Expansion Card - Inateck Superspeed 4 Ports PCI-E to USB 3.0

Monitor - Asus VS228DE


For the last week I've been having trouble with my sound breaking up and my mouse lagging. The computer fine for an hour or two and then gets progressively worse. I've tried updating my drivers which worked for a couple of days, but then the computer started doing it again. I've run the audio troubleshooter which didn't help. I ran Latency Checker and got these results:



Please can someone help me to fix the problem?
