Analog video cpture card suggestions

My analog video capture card says it captures at 640x480 but this is only interpolated resolution. It really only captures at 320x240. Can anybody recommend a capture card in the 60 dollar range that captures at a full 640x480? One that you know captures at 640x480 and not one that just says it does.
