Unfortunately it appears that the system has pirated software.
Please get a legitimate copy installed and we'll be glad to help.

Here's suggestions on how to ensure that your version is legitimate:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/genuine

Please be aware that we may not be able to fix it (as the hacks that were done to activate it will cause the OS to behave differently than we expect it to). If that's the case, our efforts to help may just waste your time. Secondly, the forum rules prohibit assisting with pirated software - so the topic would be closed if that is the case.

As a courtesy, I will offer an analysis of your issues using the reports you provided.
I will not answer any questions about the analysis until the system is made legitimate.
If you do make it legitimate, please submit a new set of reports for us to check.

Just FYI, sometimes the owner won't know about this.  So here's 2 scenarios that might ring a bell:
- if they had a "friend" help with the computer - and the "friend" installed a pirated copy.
- or they used a copy that they had from another OEM computer.  The OEM license is tied to the hardware that it came from - so you can't just use it on another system (that means that it's pirated).

And here's the analysis:

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 74CN47WW(V3.08)) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and the outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

D: drive only has less than 4% free space.  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty).  Low free space can cause BSOD's - but the actual amount depends on the files being used by the system.

From the lone memory dump, I'm expecting a problem with your nVidia video card.  Please clean install the video drivers - and if that doesn't fix it, then try another video card.

Please uninstall your video drivers and all the nVidia/AMD/Intel VIDEO (not chipset) software from your system
- If uninstalling the AMD video drivers, you may also want to run the AMD Clean Uninstall utility (free from here:  http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx )
Then use this free tool to remove any traces of the drivers:  http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then reboot and check Windows Update (allow it to install video drivers):  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15054/windows-7-automatically-get-recommended-drivers-updates-hardware

Test to see if this helps and post back with the results.

Then, if that works and you need the nVidia drivers - feel free to download and install the latest, W10 compatible video drivers from http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
Then, if that works and you need the AMD drivers - feel free to download and install the latest, W10 compatible video drivers from http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Then, if that works and you need the Intel drivers - feel free to download and install the latest, W10 compatible video drivers from http://downloadcenter.intel.com (you can also usually download these drivers from the manufacturer's website)

Please update these older drivers.  Links are provided in order to assist you with looking up the source of the drivers.
If unable to find an update, please uninstall the program that is responsible for that driver.

DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable!!!:

Finally, if all of this doesn't fix it, please run ALL of these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
If ALL of them pass, then try this procedure:  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html

FYI - the stripdown procedure was designed for desktop systems - so there's very little that you can do with a laptop (especially ifi it's a video card problem).

@usasma

Thanks a lot for the detailed reply.

I will go through the steps you've outlined; hopefully that will resolve the problem.

Regarding pirated software, as far as I recall, I got this laptop with Windows 8 pre-installed and then upgraded to Windows 10 during the free upgrade period (think it was 2015)? Will check the provided link - thanks.
