Two window command processors running at startup

I have two window command processors running at startup they appear for a brief second then go away.I haven't really realised a problem with it but i'm curious of what it is/does.

The two command processors c06d and okso,ignore the hialgoboost.

Hialgoboost looks like it may be a feature on your motherboard; check you manual for that option to enable or disable in the BIOS. Do not disable anything until you know what it does, 95% likely it is a necessary device.

The other two look as though they are CMD loaders; try Googling each one and see what you come up with.
