Black screen when you start Windows.

Hello, in the machine when reboot is seen a black screen, I can not see the logo of the BIOS or windows, then start normal. I have to force a restart with the button of the PC to see the logo of the BIOS. Well that's my problem I hope you can help me. Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.

At the end I removed the graphics card and solved the matter.
