Netflix support won't help nor will LG support they haven't a clue and just tell me they are working on it before they understand the problem.

Hi Mark

LG can't help with a windows problem on a Dell computer.

Have You tried the Netflix help with the problem ?

I wish I could help further, however I do not stream Netflix as there is too much other content that is free.

Good Luck

Roger

I was on the phone for 3 hours with Netflix and they took over control of my PC remotely and still had no idea what was causing the error message .  U7361-1255-C00D715F.  I use Kodi too but lately it is dead and the quality is poor.  I watch 4K on Netflix new content and it is 100% better than anything free.  If I'm wrong point me to where I can see the latest season of Crown in HD.  Thanks for the response
