I've tried updating drivers, but that doesn't appear to be fixing anything.

Hello,

Sorry for the late response. If you are still in need of assistance please run the SFCA again and attach its output in your next reply. This is to ensure we have the latest info about your system.

Regards,

bwv848

Hello,

There were no uploaded dumps in either of the SFCA logs. This is most likely because CCleaner has been set-up to delete dumps and System Event Logs; hence please stop using it.

Bump i have a minidump, but it is saying im not permitted to upload this kind of file

Do you still have that dump? Zip it up and attach it in your next reply (we don't accept .dmp files). When (during gaming, surfing FaceBook...) do you get BSODs?

I don't have it anymore, the BSOD only occours during games. I do think I have it fixed now though, i haven't had one happen in a couple days.

Glad to know that! Since you aren't experiencing any more problems, we'll leave the system as it is! If it ain't broke don't fix it!

p.s. If you're interested you can still send me the dump. :)

The dump got deleted, probably by the cc cleaner. If the bsod happens again i will be sure to attach it.

Hi,

Unfortunately that dump isn't particularly helpful. Please run Driver Verifier for 24 hours, which means 24 hours when your computer is on and running. When you're free please run these hardware diagnostics too.

Thanks.

Regards,

bwv848

Step 8? After rebooting, DV is running in the background already.
