We recently migrated an important company application to a new HP Z620 running Win 7 Pro 64 Bit OS and we have been getting sudden BSOD's.  I have attached  info obtained from the memory.dmp file

Try uninstalling Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows and run Kaspersky's removal tool to remove any remnants. In the mean time, don't forget to replace your antivirus; I suggest Microsoft Security Essentials for now, as it's the least likely to cause issues.

yes, i was afraid that would be the only solution because i have a small company with 35 pc's on kaspersky for several years.  centrally administered via domain server.  but i suspect your suggestion is the only solution sans a long drawn out investigation...  :+(

thank you!  will report back in a week or two...

cheers

Hi,

Sorry to hear that. Kaspersky is a paid product and should offer support. Have you considered contacting them for help?

yes.  convoluted process.  i agree that i should, but it has been difficult enough that i'd rather go with plan A and revert if they can decipher the problem.  THANKS! for taking the time...
