Email failure to deliver question

I have one email address in my address book that I recently keep getting returned with a failure to deliver notice. I called the owner of that email address and he confirms that he is not blocking me and has confirmed that I am still using the correct email address. 


The failure to deliver notice says that it is an automatically created message by the (ecelerity mail system) and it is giving a code 550 5.7.1. and they suggest that I contact my email service provider concerning this problem. 


As I stated, I am only having this problem with one of my email contacts and all the rest are fine. This just started happening  recently and I have done nothing to my computer that I would think is causing this. I welcome any suggestion.
