Windows 10 Fall Creators Update was installed on my PC yesterday.  Most seems well.  There is one change, however: my screen appearances previously were a photographic image for my background and solid blue for the background to my Start tiles and menu.  The Start tiles and menu background is transparent now so that I see the background photographic image.  I have looked in Settings>Personalisation, but do not find a solution there.

Solved, I think: Settings>Personalisation>Colours>More options>Transparency effects>Off
