Hi Guys

I am using 'Firefox Quantum' and my question is if you also use it and you open Windows Task Manager, under the heading 'Processes' how many instances of 'firefox.exe' do you have? I have 5 is this okay?

With one tab open I have 5 processes running, when I first read your question I had two tabs and 6 processes. I've just opened 3 more tabs and now have 7 Firefox processes.

Edit: running functions as multiple processes has benefits in security and stability.

Hi Platypus

Thanx for your quick response.

Re the question, being as your the 'Mod' and you are not seemingly bothered by seeing more than one instance. Then I guess neither should I be.

Cheers
