Folks , so my IPhone and TV has been compromised by some jerks and I need ideas other than plugging off the TV or switching off the phone pls .

Well, you need to provide more details than that in order for anyone to help you. Are they locked and stating you need to pay them or something? Screenshots would be helpful.
