Hello -

I bought this computer from someone that built it themselves and I do not have a way to contact said person.  I'm trying to ensure that I have all the necessary drivers for my computer seeing as I can't just visit a manufacturer's website (dell/hp/etc.).

Thanks.

You have several things to check:
- Windows Updates/Microsoft Updates

- AsRock updates (for the motherboard)

- other updates for hardware that's installed on the system (look in Device Manager)

- other updates for software that's install on the system (look in the MSINFO32 report and in the Apps section of Settings)

I do not suggest using driver update tools - as they tend to cause more problems/confusion than they're worth.

Beyond that, it's going to take me a couple of days to list most of the stuff from the reports that you submitted.  So please be patient.

OK, let's start with the graphics:

- drivers for the Intel graphics - from the AsRock site (as they're probably built into your motherboard)

- drivers for the nVidia graphics - from the nVidia website

- drivers for the Dell monitor - not needed unless you have some special function that you use from the monitor.  Everyday functions are provided by the driver that Windows supplies and updates - special functions would be obtained from the driver that Dell supplies (if they even supply one - most use the standard Windows driver).

Then, look at the AsRock site for your motherboard:

Specs:  http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Pro3/

Drivers:  http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Pro3/#Download

BIOS/UEFI:

Then ensure that you have ALL Windows and Microsoft Updates

Update from the manufacturer's website:

Razer BlackWidow Ultimate
Logitech Cordless Gaming Receiver

USB floppy drive (do you leave this device plugged in?)

Programs (update from the developers website):

- Steam

- Spotify

This is just a list from the reports that I saw.  There may be other devices and programs installed.
For the devices - check in Device Manager, and physically check for devices plugged into the motherboard (either inside the case or in the exterior ports)

For the programs - check Settings...Apps; check your Start menu; check your browsers for add-ons; etc
