I have been having this problem for a while. When I open IE bowser I have msn as home page. It's different than before. I get this weird looking page that is white and all the items displayed are in a vertical column. What's happened and can I fix this?

Thanks for the Windows Live One Care, it took care of some registry problems, but it didn't fix the MSN howmepage issue. What do you suggest I try next?

In SAFE MODE

If problem still exists Please follow THESE instructions for posting a HIJACKTHIS log...

Thanks for the great direction.

The HIJACKTHIS section finally did the trick. I followed the preperation Guide.
MICRO TREND HOUSECALL found IE updates that were missing.

Thanks again.
