I can't login on windows 10. It won't accept my windows 10 (actually my Microsoft password) even when I changed it on another computer. I tried restarting in safre mode (ie hold shift and turn power on), but computer wouldn't boot into safe mode-went directly to login page which doesn't accept my password.

Do you have a rescue disk or some other way to boot without accessing the installed OS?

unplug your network cable or disable wifi, see if it ask for you to use the last working password you logged in with that actually gave you access.
