:welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

As a new member be sure to read the Welcome to Bleeping Computer! Guide and the following...

Support for victims of crypto malware infection is provided in this Ransomware Tech Support and Help Forum. Please read and follow the instructions below.

If there is an existing support topic for the infection you are dealing with, please post any questions or comments in that topic.

If you don't know what ransomware you are dealing with...you can submit samples of encrypted files, ransom notes and any contact email addresses or hyperlinks used by the cyber-criminals to ID Ransomware for assistance with identification and confirmation. This is a service that helps identify what ransomware may have encrypted your files and then attempts to direct you to an appropriate support topic where you can seek further assistance. Uploading both encrypted files and ransom notes together provides a more positive match and helps to avoid false detections. Any contact email addresses or hyperlinks provided by the criminals may also be helpful with identification.

Best regards,
The BC Staff

It's the Gryphon variant of the BTC Ransomware. I think I managed to find the right place - I posted here: https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/644140/btcware-ransomware-support-topic-crypton-gryphon-helptxt/?p=4391924
