Black Screen/Crashing At Random Intervals

For the past week or so I've been having sudden and random cases where both of my monitors would go black but the computer was still running, but there was no way to get the display back other than rebooting and occasionally it will just completely crash without a BSOD. I've been monitoring the temperatures and none of the hardware is overheating. Most of the components in the PC are new (not as in brand new but I installed them within the last few months). I've run diagnostics on the hard drives and RAM and nothing has come up. I've uninstalled and updated every driver on the device, tried disabling power saving/hibernation settings, etc. Nothing so far has seemed to work.


I've attached my event viewer logs and diagnostics report, any thoughts?

Please start with the video tests (Furmark and Video 2), but please finish all of the tests and let us know the results.

You can feel free to skip the one's that you've already run.
