Hello,

I need help with various infections on my computer if possible. My computer is running on windows 10 64-bit and is infected for sure with PUP.Optional.CleanSerp.ChrPRST. I tried to remove it with Malawarebytes but it always comes back after a while.

Also, sometimes when i shut down my pc, i have this error msg:

2017-01-11_222236.png

I replaced the file SDAV.dll in the Spybot Search & Destroy folder but the issue still comes back after a while.

And finally, I had security issues also with my Asus Rt-AC1200 router, i think someone got in and was messing with me cause my connection was very unstable and my firmware was corrupted. I fixed that issue and discovered that the defaut settings of the router had lots of security flaws and i changed them with the help of the cheklist i found on routersecurity.org. Some settings might need to be adjusted again.

So these problems have been time consuming and i hope you can help me resolving them.

Thanx again, your help is very appreciated.

This could be Syncing issue.
To remove this you will possibly have to reset the Sync in Chrome.

Read this article and proceed.

Chrome Secure Preferences detection always comes back

<<<>>>

After a restart of the computer run the Malwarebebytes and post the log for my review.

Looking good.

Suggest you run this fix to remove unwanted registry entries.

Press the Windows key + r on your keyboard at the same time. This will open the RUN BOX.
Type Notepad and and click the OK key.
