Screen too wide but is still at it's native resolution?

The monitor reset on it's own and when it turned back on, this is what the screen looked like. My monitor is still at it's native resolution but for some odd reason, everything is too big and wide. I attached a screenshot to show the problem I am having.

Hi Rellers

 

If you have not you should install latest version of the graphic card driver.

 

Also check Dots per inch (DPI) setting.

 

Right click on your desktop, click on Display settings.

 

Click on Display on the left side.
