Suddenly, all the colors on my browsers on Windows 7 have become screaming bright, almost neon.  This is particularly bad on icons, and on everything in Facebook.  It appears to be happening on both FireFox and Chrome.  Is anyone else seeing this?  Is there a way to dial it back to more muted colors?  Firefox 57's new themes don't help.
