Do the downloads marked XP/Vista/7/8 32 bit or 64bit work on Win 10?

I ask because there is no clarification that these programs that are the foundation and programs that Win 10  draws on for it's structure ( NT ). explicitly Secunia Personal Software Inspector (PSI). If not is this in the works? Is there any other options for programs that mimic or reproduce the same result? PLEASE help. I am typing Challenged and this has taken almost an hour to generate....;-}   note... my degree in data processing /computer programing is circ.,1974.
