I am having issues with this and can not figure it out. My system test out fine for hardware Its a clone of a computer.

Looks like you did a good job enabling Driver Verifier. With it, the system crashed and produced a rather useful dump that blamed iqvw64e.sys, an Intel Network Adapter Diagnostic Driver. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what the driver is for, except that it's related to networking. Is it possible for you to update/reinstall that driver? It may be possible to find it on Dell's website.

I will uninstall all network drivers and reinstall them. It is updated per dells command update and dell detect utility
