My partner was using the laptop and a message popped up saying Microsoft have detected a virus ring this number to get it resolved otherwise your pc will be locked. Since ringing the number and figuring out it was a spam they have gained access to my laptop and now my screen has gone sideways and when you log in its just a black screen with the cursor? Please help me
