Two simple questions.
I'm having a minor problem w IE. Is there any problem w unistalling and then re-downloading IE?
2nd: In Internet Options --> Connections.
The 3 buttons - Never Dial a Connection
Dial a Connection whenever a network connection is not present
Always dial my default connection
I continually set that to Always dial my default connection, click Apply, then OK
and when I come back later it is set to Never dial a connection. Also, the SET DEFAULT button is never available to me.
Does anyone have the answers to these? Please.
Thank you

DO you have dialup networking connections listed in the box on that options page?

And you can learn about reinstalling IE here:
