Hey guys, lately I am getting all kinds of prompts on bottom right of my screen, I can't find why these prompts are showing or how/where to prevent this, help please? I am using Chrome but don't know if it's chrome related.

Your link doesn't appear to show anything. Why not just tell us what they say?

One reason is because you allowed these sites, when asked, to send you notifications. If you say no to the prompt asking you if this site can send you notifications then it will stop.

Here is how to stop it and even pick and choose if you want to allow certain ones. https://gadgets.ndtv.com/apps/features/how-to-disable-notifications-in-google-chrome-643057

Sorry about that: updated link  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3220216?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

From your link, I am not seeing the option below?

Select Do not allow any site to show desktop notifications.

This is what is showing:

They are prompts from different websites like www.tomsguide.com, www.adorama.com e.t.c

Not sure why, but I get a blank page when I click on your link. Apparently others can see it, so I'll move on :)

I have manually blocked each prompt showing, hopefully that will do it.

That is odd. I can see those "pop ups" but I am not sure what is the cause of them. Have you gone into your settings and disabled all notifications? That might help.

They are prompts from different websites like www.tomsguide.com, www.ado

In the above link it shows allowed and blocked links. Scroll down in the allowed links and the ones that have 3 dots, click the 3 dots and you can block individual links that way.

What do you get when you click on the gear icons of those ads?

Can you reset Chrome? Backup any bookmarks first. You would need to reinstall any extensions. Regarding Extensions, is there any extensions that look ad related?
