I am trying to pair my Android phone with my new HP Windows 10.1 PC

I want to be able to go backwards, if you will, and play music from the phone out of the computer.

I know I could do it on my last Samsung, but one BB rep said it can't be done.  Another one agreed with me

I am able to Pair the PC on my phone.  FWIW It says connected on the PC, but only paired on the phone

When I select "paired" to connect it does nothing

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It will say "connected" on the PC if and only if the two are paired and speaking to one another.
