Not sure if this is the right forum for this or not.

I have 2 media servers listed under "network locations". One is me and the other I have no clue who it is. The same name is also listed in my window's media player.

Does anyone know what this might be?

It says Kristina (thorskitty)

Right clicking on the "media servers" and selecting  properties should prove useful.

Check your machines sharing options and network discovery also:

Under  Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and sharing:

Check link: changing home group and sharing options

And check link: change advanced sharing settings

I changed the sharing options and it worked.

Thanks so much Shelf Life! :)
