How come when I open Google from IE another tab opens at the same time?

Moved from Win 7 to Web Browsing/Email - Hamluis.

I have difficulty digesting information following a brain injury, although I challenge myself daily, please be patient if I don't understand any advice.

Please be more specific.  Where does this tab open, in IE?


Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
