Can DDR3 run side by side along with DDR3L low voltage of the same speed 1600 Mhz PC312800 ?
 

Can a DDR3 run side by side along with a DDR3L low voltage of the same speed - 1600 Mhz PC312800 ?
Laptop original configuration has DDR3L 2GB installed, need to be upgraded to 4GB. But what was found in market is just standard DDR3 (without L) 1.5v of the same speed, can it just be inserted in the readily available SODIMM slot and expected to work well normally and flawlessly ?

It depends on the requirements of the laptop. If it is specified to require DDR3L, then that must be used.

DDR3 cannot run at the low voltage, however DDR3L can operate at both low and standard voltage. So at standard voltage, DDR3 and DDR3L can be used together.

What is the full model number of the laptop?

Sorry.. actually I am not 100% sure it is DDR3L, just saw in cpu-z in the last row of JEDEC #(number) columns it is 1.35 v not 1.5:
