Hello i am new to this site,  and i am not very good with computers, i downloaded something called 4kstogram on reddit i believe, and as soon as i let the application make changes to my pc, I started getting the blue screen of death within ten seconds of booting and logging in to my pc. I kept getting the bsod every time i logged into my computer, somehow i was able to fix the issue by logging into safe mode and watching some tutorials. once i fixed the issue and was at least able to log into my computer without being in safe mode or getting the bsod, I found other issues. I can't update my computer, I can't open applications like netflix from the windows store, i can't install certain applications like the blizzard desktop app, my browsers are very slow even though i have decent internet. I tried resetting my computer, using a restore point, etc. but this virus won't let me, whenever I try any of these it just says "an error occurred no changes were made". I tried using the windows installer disk and it won't load. Whenever i searched for something on chrome it would redirect me to yahoo, so i decided to uninstall and reinstall chrome. I also did control alt delete and went to task manager, and I disabled cpx and svcvmx on startup, I read that these are viruses but i don't know much about them. The option to search for these file locations is not available.I have constantly ran multiple windows defender full scans and it says that no viruses were detected. I do not know which viruses or how many viruses I have, and I don't know how to fix my computer, and I would really appreciate some help.

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
