Video card issue

I posted this in the other forum, click here. I was able to resolve the issue. Any ideas what I can do with my over heating video card?

Depending on your Case , you can install another fan to direct air towards the Video Card.

Also ensure other fans are working and extracting hot air within.

 

Done a few over the years and some skill and patience required , most Boards have vacant pins to use , or split another one into two.

 

Otherwise run some stress programs to see what and when this heat issue happens and whats causing it.

Or remove a Side cover and see if that helps any as a test.
