visual basic fail uninstall

hi i try to uninstall my visual basic 2017 cuz my visual stop compile for me i try to uninstall it with revo uninstaller and i uninstall now what i need to do to not get error like  " http://prntscr.com/hdxqkl "

i remove few folders and i install VS 

and i get some errors 

first i get powershell not working 


and few install errors .... i miss to my VS :(((  

Something went wrong with the install.
