My computer is unstable and only operates correctly 20% of the time. The other times I get are startup BSOD loop/ windows start up and freezes/ slowly freezing right after startup (explorer.exe crashes, all my other programs crash, then I BSOD (takes around a minute). I formatted my drives and reinstalled windows. Problems persisted. I sent my drives back (underwarranty) and the new drives still have the same problem. I bought new SATA cables. Problem persisted. I do not think the problem is a CPU/GPU problem and my RAM is fine. I believe it is a motherboard problem but I have no idea. Should I attempt reflowing the motherboard? Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Hi,

For some reason, there are some indications from the uploaded reports pointing to a faulty Windows installation. Therefore, I would like to have an MGADiag report to see what's under the hood.

:step1: Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool (MGADiag)

  • Download and save MGADiag from here.
  • Navigate to the directory where you saved the file.
  • Right-click on MGADiag.exe, select Run as administrator, and accept any User Account Control prompts.
  • Click Continue.
  • Click Copy.
  • Paste the copied information in your next reply.

Thank you.

hi, my computer bsod loops now consistently and safemode just ends up freezing. I do not think it is an install problem because it is a clean windows 7 install on a brand new ssd. should i try reinstalling?
