I don't like using MS Outlook

But some great days ago, I suddenly stumbled on an issue. I can't even see my fresh messages. I’ve lack of new ideas what to do next.

Next some more information !  Make and model of your computer, operating system, which version of Outlook are you using ?

Since title is "I don't like using MS Outlook", you are probably using Windows XP.  You could change to Mozilla Thunderbird.
