Soo,, my laptop is giving me errors when i try to remove or download something (i really wanted to get rid of some programs that might have been the source of the problem), and I cant seem to use my windows defender because its blocked?! I've tried to get it enabled again but it keeps failing, and firewall is for some reason also down if i was right.

i dont like to use it anymore because its extremely slow, like i cant even watch youtube. I'm currently using windows 8 but i think im gonna upgrade it to 10 and clean it all up, although i would like to know what the hell was wrong with it. :scratchhead:
